We will draw winners for some awesome prizes including signed David items, tour t-shirts, and MORE!!

So….. here is how YOU can help! it doesn’t cost any money, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SHARE YOUR STORIES WITH US on how you helped make your school a better place, how you helped stop bullying. A few examples of this are:
1) Telling an adult/person of authority when you see another student being picked on
2) Telling a teacher when you see another student being bullied
3) Listening to a friend who is upset about bullying and being their shoulder to cry on
4) Showing respect for your fellow classmates
5) Do not partake in teasing – in front of or behind peoples’ backs
6) Start an anti-bullying project at your school
7) Promote good behavior on your social networks
And the list goes on and on……..
Alternatively you can post your story on Angels for A Cause. Do something good and win a great prize!
AND all the stories will be placed in a special ANTI-BULLYING scrapbook and presented to David in the near future. So, get moving! Every student in our schools has a voice and the capability to stand up and FIGHT for all. All children and teens deserve a safe environment to learn so let’s do our part and make a difference!!!!

Why Do Kids Bully?
There are all kinds of reasons why young people bully others, either occasionally or often. Do any of these sound familiar to you?
Because I see others doing it
Because it’s what you do if you want to hang out with the right crowd
Because it makes me feel, stronger, smarter, or better than the person I’m bullying
Because it’s one of the best ways to keep others from bullying me
Whatever the reason, bullying is something we all need to think about. Whether we’ve done it ourselves … or whether friends or other people we know are doing it … we all need to recognize that bullying has a terrible effect on the lives of young people. It may not be happening to you today, but it could tomorrow. Working together, we can make the lives of young people better.
What Can You Do About Bullying?
You’re here, so at least you’ve been thinking about the fact that bullying is a pretty big problem. You’re right, it is! But what can you do about it? You can do a lot!
Whether you are being bullied, you have seen kids being bullied, or you’re pretty sure you have bullied others, there are plenty of good things you can do to help make sure it doesn’t happen again. No matter how you’ve been affected by bullying, it’s a good idea to talk to an adult. Even though it’s hard to talk to grown-ups sometimes, they can help!
But there’s way more to it than that. Check out the Tips For Kids page and learn how YOU can make a difference.
